Starting from the moment of foundation in 1994, UAB “Universalios valdymo sistemos” focuses its attention on the enhancement of customer satisfaction. Maintenance and Repairs Department provides round-the-clock service seven days a week. Highly skilled technicians perform warranty and post-warranty repairs, preventive maintenance inspections of the installed fuel dispenser control and POS systems. The contracts that we currently sign with the customers throughout Lithuania provide not for request response time, but for fault clearing time (including arrival). Taking into consideration customers' requirements, we have created Maintenance Department and generated an extensive motor vehicle fleet to ensure prompt service on the whole territory of Lithuania . At present we are in the position to offer the highest quality and broad range of services not only in Vilnius but anywhere in Lithuania as well.

UAB “Universalios valdymo sistemos” is the company offering flexible solution and representing the company Wincor Nixdorf - the owner of a famous name and great background experience. Spare parts for replacement are imported directly from the manufacturer, therefore we can warranty the highest quality of repairs and technical maintenance.
At present the company employs 14 highly skilled and fully trained cash register maintenance men. Maintenance is carried out by employees of a duly certified servicing company bearing personal certificate of a maintenance man, servicing a cash register of a certain model.
Integrated POS system service and maintenance encompasses as follows:
- technical support subscription (standby condition of the engineering team and measures guaranteeing standard maintenance time, furnishing of all information required by the State Tax Inspection and the cash register expert enterprise, consulting, compulsory repeated cash register expertise, certification and maintenance of the enterprise and the staff);
- technical supervision and preventive verification prescribed by the State Tax Inspection;
- consulting of customer's employees on the issues of taxation and POS system operation (by telephone and in-site in the process of technical maintenance, transmission of requisite laws and subordinate acts by fax);
- POS system software support (including amendments to laws and subordinate acts);
- POS system technical and preventive maintenance (cleaning of key board contacts, printer, system fiscal memory block, inspection of unit-to-unit connectors, elimination of minor defects);
- Cash register server technical maintenance and software support (taking into account amendments to laws and subordinate acts and error corrections).
